About

About Quant Ground

Quant Ground started as a personal research project on rule-based trading by Jaeshin Jung, a Computer Science student at Texas A&M University, and grew into the running example for a semester of CSCE 412 cloud computing projects.

Principles

  • Rules before results: a strategy is defined before it is tested.
  • Costs are part of the strategy, not a footnote.
  • Every claim needs evidence, whether it comes from a person or an AI agent.

Project timeline

  • Projects 1–3: cloud fundamentals, containers, and services under the Quant Ground brand.
  • Project 4: a C++ load balancer simulator.
  • Project 5: this site, deployed and verified by a multi-agent AI system.
